At Kurz Family Dentistry, we have created a membership program, Kurz Care Plus, that is ideal for our patients who do not have dental coverage. You receive unbelievable benefits and savings for you and the entire family. 

For one low annual membership price you will receive two **professional standard dental cleanings (D1110), unlimited doctor exams, unlimited diagnostic x-rays as well as a 20% savings on ALL dental treatment.

Can I enroll multiple family members?

Yes! Dental care is important for everyone: Ask us how you can save even more by enrolling multiple family members!

Are there any restrictions on treatment with my membership?

No! Your membership gives you a 20% savings on any and all treatment from basic restorative to cosmetic.

Can I use my Flex Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA) to pay my enrollment fee?

Each account is different. Please contact your Human Resources Dept to determine if the enrollment fee is a covered benefit.
