1. Floss Everyday: Floss each day at least once.  Make sure you keep floss in a convenient location at both work and home.  The more accessible and visible your floss is, the easier it may be for you to remember to do it.

2. Brush Before Bed: Most of us all brush in the morning, but many of us do not brush at night. It is important to brush before bed to keep excess bacteria from growing in your mouth over night.

3. Visit Your Dentist: Visit your dentist twice a year for exams and when you experience any warning signs or pain.  Don’t let procrastination, anxiety or costs deter your from taking great care of your teeth.
